Shipments within Canada

Shipments to The United States—($50 min. order)

You may still order under the minimum set amount, however it will be shipped the most economical way and have NO TRACKING # or INSURANCE if lost or stolen.

 

Shipments within Canada of stock items are usually made within 48 hours. Please allow additional time for delivery. Please be advised we observe all the Canadian statutory holidays, allow additional time for delivery around these times. Express services are available for rush shipments.

 

Residents of the United States can expect delivery in 6-12 business days depending on location. Express services are available for rush shipments.

Allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque to allow cheques to clear. In the case that a parcel is lost or damaged we will replace the order once we have received confirmation from both parties (Northamfishing & Canada Post or United States Postal Service), claim criteria is met and compensation has been received. This process usually takes between 2-5 weeks.

TAXES
All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude applicable taxes. All Canadian residents must pay GST (5%). Residents of Ontario, NF, NB & NS (Canada) pay HST (13%). All orders shipped outside Canada are tax exempt from Canadian taxes. (Your country may charge import taxes.)

 RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Items returned must accompany a copy of the invoice or receipt, an explanation and be within 60 days from date of purchase. We do not return used or damaged goods. If the product has failed, you may return it for a replacement. However no replacement will be shipped if it’s determined that the product was misused or wear and tare was the reason for failure. In order to start the process on a return and or refund an RMA # (Return Merchandize Authorization) must be requested by contacting us by phone (866) 378-1290 or by email sales@northamfishing.com     All shipping costs are at the receivers expense, unless otherwise stated.
