Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, business cheque, personal cheque, or money order. All C.O.D. orders are cash only and available only to Canadian shipping addresses. Maximum C.O.D. is $500.00. All C.O.D.s are cash only.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipments within Canada of stock items are usually made within 48 hours. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Residents of the United States can expect delivery in 7-10 business days.

*We occasionally hold an order when out-of-stock items are backordered.*

You will be notified in your oder confirmation if there are any backordered items.

Allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque to allow cheques to clear. In the case that a parcel is lost or damaged we will replace the order once we have received confirmation from both parties, claim criteria is met and compensation has been received. This process usually takes between 2-5 weeks.

TAXES
All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude applicable taxes. All Canadian residents must pay GST (5%). All Ontario residents must also pay Ontario Sales Tax (8%). Residents of NF, NB & NS (Canada) pay HST (13%). All orders shipped outside Canada are tax exempt from Canadian taxes. (Your country may charge import taxes.)
